Wellington is without a doubt my favorite city in New Zealand. It normally takes me a little while to get used to a new place, but I fell in love with this beautiful capital almost instantly. I spent my days simply wandering around the streets and admiring the old pastel colored buildings, drinking delicious coffees in cute cafes, riding the cable car and visiting the Te Papa Museum.

BONUS TIP! I tried to make the most of my time but didn’t have a structured plan. But if you plan to go there, I recommend you take a look at Gemma Peanut Gallery‘s article How to do Wellington in 3 Days! It might give you some ideas on how to plan your trip especially if you have limited time.
